Foreign nationals, NRI students, and NRI sponsored students can apply under the category of international students.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
The office of International Affairs at IIMT University manages admission of its foreign students across all programs, communicates through email. Applicants are required to initiate any communication through electronic media when reaching out or submitting information.
Fill up the application carefully with all details clearly. If there are any pendency of marks required to fill in the form at the time of filling the application form, please indicate “Results awaited” in the marks/grade column. The candidate is expected to send any pendency information at earliest to the university to ascertain the eligibility.
ELIGIBILITY
- 10th and 12th / Bachelor Degree Certificate in English translated version (if applicable) in addition to the native language along with marks sheet/transcript. Both front and back sides of the marksheet are required to be sent for any additional information for further processing any queries.
- Copy of the passport of applicant (personal details page)
- Soft copy of the latest passport size colour photograph
SELECTION PROCESS
Enrolment process verifies the original certificates, parent/student declaration, and issuing the admit card on arrival to the campus. The university communicates for sending the detailed procedure for commencement of the classes and other necessary information for completing the necessary admission formalities. The candidates must check the website for commencement of the classes.
Registration
The students must reach 2-3 days prior the commencement of the classes and report to the office of the international affairs for completing the admission formalities. The following documents in original must be carried and produced at the admission cell:
- Degree or pass certificate (qualifying exam)
- Grade/mark sheet (qualifying exam)
- Translated version of all the required documents, if they are not in English
- Passport copy with valid student visa (original to be returned once verified)
- Migration certificate (if applicable)
- Recent passport size photographs – 10 Nos.
The students will be allotted hostels after the successful verification of the documents and admission formalities are completed.
